Wood Display Builder & Assembler

Franklin Fixtures is growing, and we’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented people to join our assembly team. In this hands-on role, you’ll help build wood shelving, displays, counters, tables, and other custom pieces used in bookstores, libraries, universities, and specialty retail spaces across the country.

This is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with their hands, following plans, staying focused, and taking pride in quality work. If you like seeing a finished product come together and want to be part of a team that builds well-made products, we’d love to hear from you.

This is also a good fit for someone who prefers a smaller, more personal work environment. We’re not a large corporation with layers of policies or a point system for every situation. We believe in treating people fairly, communicating directly, and expecting everyone to do their part. We’re proud to be here, and we’re looking for employees who want to be part of that kind of workplace.
