We’re growing and expanding our assembly team and are looking for dependable, detail-oriented makers who take pride in quality workmanship.

Franklin Fixtures is known nationally for producing some of the highest-quality fixtures in the industry, serving bookstores, libraries, universities, and specialty retailers across the country.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble display fixtures and wood components at a workstation

• Follow technical drawings, diagrams, and measurements accurately

• Use hand tools and measuring tools, including tape measures

• Perform consistent, repeatable assembly tasks with attention to detail

• Work both independently and as part of a team to meet production goals

This role requires focus, steady hands, and pride in doing things the right way.

 

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to read diagrams and follow technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Comfortable using hand tools and measuring accurately

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and with a team

• Practical, problem-solving mindset

 

Physical Requirements

• Regular bending, reaching, and standing

• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs as needed

 

Work Environment

This is a manufacturing plant environment. The work is indoors and out of the elements, however the plant is hot in the summer, cold in the winter.

 

This is a role for someone who enjoys working with their hands and being part of a production team.
